Mega Moo Mall merchandise travels a slightly different road than merchandise sitting on a warehouse shelf.

Most of our products are made to order, which means your item is produced after you complete your purchase and is then shipped directly to you.

Production and Shipping Are Separate

The estimated time required to receive an order consists of two parts:

Production/Fulfillment Time + Shipping/Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Time

Production begins after an order is accepted and successfully submitted for fulfillment. Shipping begins once the completed merchandise is handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs activity and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors that can include the delivery destination, products ordered, quantity, fulfillment location and available carrier services.

The shipping amount shown before you place your order is the amount charged for the shipping method selected.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Carrier tracking information may take approximately 24 hours or longer to begin displaying movement after a shipping label has been created.

International shipments may pass between multiple carriers before final delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Products within the same order may sometimes be manufactured or packaged at different facilities.

As a result, one Mega Moo Mall order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. Multiple tracking numbers may be provided when an order is divided into separate shipments.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code and country before submitting an order.

Contact Mega Moo Mall immediately if you discover an address error. Once a package has shipped, we may not be able to modify, intercept or redirect it.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delivery dates are estimates. Weather events, transportation interruptions, holiday demand, customs processing, local carrier delays and other events may delay delivery.

A short delay beyond the estimated delivery date does not necessarily mean the shipment has been lost.

If tracking has stopped updating or the order remains undelivered, contact Mega Moo Mall so we can investigate.

Lost Shipments

Please report suspected lost-in-transit orders within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims reported outside that period may no longer qualify for replacement through our fulfillment partner.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not necessarily included in the Mega Moo Mall purchase or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Mega Moo Mall does not control customs assessments and cannot predict every charge a government or carrier may impose.

Certain destinations may not be available because of legal restrictions, carrier availability or fulfillment limitations.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for accepting or retrieving packages delivered to the address provided.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped because it was refused, left unclaimed, not collected from a pickup facility, or otherwise returned to the fulfillment facility through no fault of Mega Moo Mall.
