What is the Welcome House?
The Welcome House is where you come when you need a little help. You do not have to stop here before you play. Pop in anytime you have a question, need directions, or something just is not working right.
Show Me How
- Type a word or question in the search box.
- Or pick a topic that sounds close to what you need.
- Want more? Open Show Me How for the steps, Tell Me More for the longer story, or Troubleshooting if something is acting goofy.
Tell Me More
Think of the Welcome House as the Club’s help desk, not another doorway you have to pass through.
The Club’s HELP! link can bring you back whenever you need us.
Troubleshooting
- Still stuck? Ask a grown-up to send the Welcome Desk a Help Request and tell us what happened.

How do I get into the Adventure Club and start playing?
Head to the Front Gate and choose where you want to go. Guests can jump in, returning Adventurers can sign in and keep going, and Adventurers who know the ropes can use Teleport or other travel choices when they are available.
Show Me How
- Go back to the Front Gate.
- Pick the choice that fits you: Guest, Free, Premium, or Returning Adventurer.
- Once your Adventurer is ready, enter the Club or choose an available place to travel.
Tell Me More
The Front Gate gets you moving. The Welcome House is here when you want answers, directions, or help.
Troubleshooting
- End up somewhere strange? Go back to the Front Gate and try once more. If it keeps happening, tell the Welcome Desk what you clicked.

How do I create a Free Family Account?
Choose Start My Free Adventure. A grown-up fills out the quick Family Account registration, then you can get on with the fun.
Show Me How
- Open Start My Free Adventure.
- Have a grown-up fill in the Family Account details.
- Finish any grown-up verification the page asks for.
- Create an Adventurer, then head into the Club.
Tell Me More
One Family Account keeps everybody connected while each Adventurer still gets their own Passport, Avatar, progress, rewards, Clover Coins, and stuff they have earned or unlocked.
Troubleshooting
- If the grown-up email is already being used, you may already have a Family Account. Try Grown-Up Sign-In instead.
Membership & Premium
What does Premium Membership include?
Premium packs more into the Club for the whole family. It includes one Adult Adventurer plus up to 3 Child Adventure accounts, monthly Clover Coins for the Family Bank, bonus Coins on grown-up boosts, and extra Premium adventures, items, and experiences.
Show Me How
- Open Premium Membership Benefits and take a look around.
- Compare Monthly, Annual, and any Founding Family offer that is available.
- If Premium feels right for your family, choose a plan and let the grown-up finish registration and checkout.
Tell Me More
Free is still meant to be fun. Premium simply adds more. If your family upgrades, your Passports, progress, earned rewards, Clover Coins, and things you already own stay with you.
Troubleshooting
- Paid for Premium but something still looks locked? Make sure the grown-up is in the right Family Account, refresh once, and ask the Welcome Desk for help if it still will not open.
Accounts & Sign-In
How does Adventurer Sign-In work?
Pick the Adventurer who is playing and enter that Adventurer’s Secret Adventure PIN when asked. That opens the right Passport while keeping grown-up stuff locked up where it belongs.
Show Me How
- Open Adventurer Sign-In.
- Choose your Adventurer.
- Enter that Adventurer’s Secret Adventure PIN.
- You are in. Keep playing with that Adventurer’s Passport and progress.
Tell Me More
Kid and grown-up access are kept separate on purpose. An Adventurer can be playing on one device while the grown-up uses the Family Account on another.
Troubleshooting
- Double-check that you picked the right Adventurer.
- Forgot the PIN? A grown-up can change it from the Family Account.
- Still no luck after checking the PIN? Ask a grown-up to contact the Welcome Desk.
Accounts & Sign-In
Why am I being asked for a Grown-Up Check?
The Grown-Up Check keeps family settings, purchases, and other adult-only controls separate from an Adventurer session. A grown-up signs in when those controls are needed, and the Club protects them automatically when control returns to an Adventurer.
Show Me How
- Open the Family Command Center or the protected family action you need.
- Complete the quick Grown-Up Check.
- Do what you came to do.
- Choose Return to [Adventurer] when you hand the device back. The grown-up controls are protected automatically.
Tell Me More
There is no separate lock step to remember. Return to the Adventurer protects grown-up controls automatically. Sign Out Grown-Up ends only the adult sign-in while leaving the Adventurer session available; Sign Out Family Account ends the whole family session on that device.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure the grown-up is signing into the same Family Account as the Adventurer who is active.
Passports & Adventurers
How do I add or manage my family’s Adventurers?
The Family Command Center is the grown-up home base. That is where you add or manage child Adventurers, open the Grown-Up Adventure Passport, and take care of family settings.
Show Me How
- Open Family Menu in the Club header.
- Choose Family Command Center.
- Find My Adventurers.
- Add a new Adventurer or choose the one you want to manage.
- Open that Adventurer’s Passport when you want to see their Avatar, progress, rewards, and collection.
Tell Me More
The Family Account is for managing the family. A Passport belongs to one Adventurer and follows them around the Club.
Troubleshooting
- Seeing Adventurer controls instead of grown-up controls? Complete the Grown-Up Check first.
Passports & Adventurers
What is an Adventure Passport?
Your Adventure Passport is your personal home base inside the Club. It keeps your Avatar, progress, badges, achievements, Clover Coins, Adventure Satchel, and the digital goodies you own all in one place.
Show Me How
- Sign in as the Adventurer you want to use.
- Open My Adventure Passport.
- Check your progress, rewards, collection, Avatar, and other Adventure stuff.
Tell Me More
Every child Adventurer gets their own Passport and custom Avatar. Grown-ups can have their own Adventure Passport too, because grown-ups are allowed to have fun around here.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong Passport? Switch Adventurers and make sure the right Adventurer is active.
Clover Coins & Family Bank
What are Clover Coins?
Clover Coins are the Club’s reward Coins. You can earn them by playing, exploring, taking on challenges, and joining Club activities, then use them for eligible digital goodies and experiences.
Show Me How
- Earn Clover Coins by playing eligible games, challenges, adventures, and Club activities.
- Check your Clover Coin balance in your Adventure Passport.
- Spend eligible Coins at places such as Fifi’s or Scrag’s when you find something you want.
Tell Me More
Clover Coins are what you earn and spend. The fun stuff you can get, like pets, sidekicks, clothes, accessories, and other digital items, are the collectibles.
Troubleshooting
- Earned Coins not showing up? Refresh your Passport once. If they are still missing, remember what you were playing and ask a grown-up to tell the Welcome Desk.
Clover Coins & Family Bank
How do I transfer Clover Coins from the Family Bank?
A grown-up can move Clover Coins from the Family Bank to an Adventurer in just a few taps: choose the Adventurer, enter the amount, and transfer. That is it.
Show Me How
- Open the Family Clover Bank.
- Choose who gets the Coins.
- Enter how many Coins you want to send.
- Check the amount and tap Transfer.
- The Bank and Adventurer balances should update right away.
Tell Me More
The Family Bank is the family’s shared Coin stash. Grown-ups decide how to split those Coins between Adventurers. Premium monthly Coins land here first so the grown-up can divide them however the family wants.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure the Family Bank has enough Coins.
- Take one quick look at the Adventurer name before you tap Transfer.
- If the transfer shows in the history but the Adventurer’s balance did not change, refresh once. Still wrong? Tell the Welcome Desk.
Clover Coins & Family Bank
How do grown-up Clover Coin boosts work?
A grown-up can give the Family Bank a Clover Coin boost by choosing a Coin package and completing checkout. Once the payment goes through, the Coins drop into the Family Bank for the grown-up to share out.
Show Me How
- Open the Family Clover Bank.
- Choose View Clover Coin Packages.
- Pick a package. A grown-up finishes the checkout.
- When the Coins arrive in the Bank, the grown-up can send them to whichever Adventurer needs a boost.
Tell Me More
Premium families get bonus Clover Coins on eligible grown-up boosts. Same purchase price, more Coins landing in the Bank.
Troubleshooting
- Paid but the Coins have not appeared yet? Do not buy the package again. Check the order confirmation, refresh the Bank once, then tell the Welcome Desk if the Coins are still missing.
Family, Friends & Mail
How do Family Friends and linked families work?
Family Friends lets two families connect, but the grown-ups are in charge of the connection. Both grown-ups approve it, then each family chooses which Adventurers are allowed to interact.
Show Me How
- Open Family Friends.
- A grown-up sends or accepts the connection.
- Choose which Adventurers can interact with which connected Adventurers.
- The grown-up can pause or remove the connection whenever needed.
Tell Me More
Kids cannot search a public list of other kids or send connection requests to strangers. Family Friends is only for connections the grown-ups know about and approve.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure both grown-ups finished approving the connection.
- If two Adventurers still cannot interact, have a grown-up check the permissions for those two Adventurers.
Family, Friends & Mail
How does Adventure Mail work?
Adventure Mail is your family’s private mail inside the Club. Kids and grown-ups in the Family Account can send messages, and the grown-up decides whether sibling messaging is turned on.
Show Me How
- Open Adventure Mail.
- Choose who you want to write to or open an existing conversation.
- Write your message and send it.
- Grown-ups can see the family message history and manage the messaging settings.
Tell Me More
The Adventure Club can also send announcements to Adventure Mail. Approved Family Friends may be able to interact across connected families when the grown-ups have allowed it.
Troubleshooting
- Sibling missing from the list? Have a grown-up check whether Sibling Messaging is turned on.
- Someone from a connected family missing? Have a grown-up check the Family Friends permissions.
Getting Around
How do I get around the Adventure Club Universe?
The Front Gate gets you into the Club. Cloverbell Commons is the main hub, and if you already know where you are headed, Teleport and other travel choices can get you there faster when they are available.
Show Me How
- Start at the Front Gate.
- Choose Cloverbell Commons if you want to start in the middle of the action.
- Already know your destination? Use the Teleport map or another available travel choice.
Tell Me More
You do not have to tour the help pages before you can have fun. The Welcome House is here when you need it, and out of your way when you do not.
Troubleshooting
- If a place will not open, it may still be locked for that Adventurer or it may not be open in the Club yet.
Getting Around
What is a Wobble Trek?
A Wobble Trek is one of the ways you travel through the Adventure Club Universe. When you find one, hang on and follow the Trek wherever the adventure takes you.
Show Me How
- Find the Realm or Adventure offering the Wobble Trek.
- Choose the Trek or travel path.
- Follow the adventure prompts and see where you end up.
Tell Me More
Wobble Treks are for traveling and adventuring. The Welcome House is just here when you need help figuring something out.
Troubleshooting
- If a Trek is not available yet, look around the current destination. You may need to finish something first or take a different route.
Shops & Trading
What is the difference between Fifi’s and Scrag’s?
Fifi’s is the fancy place to find eligible digital goodies for your Adventurer. Scrag’s Trading Post is where eligible collected items can be listed, discovered, and traded for Clover Coins. Fifi would probably like us to point out that her shop smells much better.
Show Me How
- Sign in as the Adventurer who is doing the shopping or trading.
- Visit Fifi’s to browse eligible digital items.
- Visit Scrag’s to browse the Trading Post or manage eligible listings.
Tell Me More
Fifi’s and Scrag’s are in-Universe shops that use Clover Coins. Real shirts, books, apparel, and other physical merchandise belong in Mega Moo Mall and use grown-up real-money checkout.
Troubleshooting
- Missing something you own? First make sure you are signed in as the Adventurer who owns it.
- If Scrag will not let you list something, that item may not be Trading Eligible.
Something Isn’t Working
I cannot sign in or my Adventure PIN is not working. What should I do?
First, make sure you picked the right Adventurer and typed that Adventurer’s Secret Adventure PIN carefully. If the PIN has been forgotten, grab a grown-up. They can change it from the Family Account.
Show Me How
- Go back to Adventurer Sign-In.
- Choose your Adventurer again.
- Type the PIN one more time, nice and carefully.
- If nobody remembers the PIN, have a grown-up open the Family Account and change it.
Tell Me More
Your Secret Adventure PIN is not the same thing as the grown-up password. The PIN gets an Adventurer into their part of the Club. The grown-up password and Grown-Up Check protect family controls.
Troubleshooting
- If the new PIN still will not work, tell a grown-up which Adventurer you were using and what device you were on. The Welcome Desk can take it from there.
Something Isn’t Working
My Clover Coins or a paid Coin boost are missing. What should I do?
First, refresh the Passport or Family Bank and check the Coin history. If a grown-up bought a Coin boost with real money, check that the payment actually went through before doing anything else.
Show Me How
- Make sure you are looking at the right Adventurer Passport or Family Bank.
- Refresh the page once.
- Check the Coin or Bank history for the missing Coins.
- If money was spent, check the order confirmation.
- Still missing? Ask a grown-up to send the Welcome Desk the details.
Tell Me More
The Club keeps a record of Coin moves and paid boosts so the same order should not accidentally be added twice.
Troubleshooting
- Please do not buy the same Coin package again just because the balance is slow to update. Send the original order information to the Welcome Desk instead.
Something Isn’t Working
A page, game or Club feature is not working. What should I try first?
Try the easy stuff first: refresh once, make sure the right Adventurer or grown-up is active, then try again. Still broken? Tell the Welcome Desk what happened and we will dig into it.
Show Me How
- Refresh the page once.
- Make sure the right Adventurer or grown-up is active.
- Try the button, game, or action one more time.
- If you can, remember what you clicked and what happened next.
- If it is still acting up, ask a grown-up to use the Welcome Desk.
Tell Me More
When a grown-up sends a technical Help Request, the Club can include basic page, browser, and device information automatically. That saves you from having to explain a bunch of techy stuff.
Troubleshooting
- If the page is totally stuck, use the Welcome Desk from another page or device and tell us which page went wonky.
Hmm... we couldn’t find that one.Try a different word, pick a topic above, or visit the Welcome Desk if you still need a hand.
