These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through Mega Moo Mall, the official online merchandise store of Terri Bull Adventures at terribulladventureclub.com.

By placing an order through Mega Moo Mall, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the policies incorporated into them.

Who May Make Purchases

Purchases through Mega Moo Mall are intended to be made by adults or by individuals legally permitted to enter into a purchase transaction.

Children should not submit payment information or place merchandise orders without the involvement and permission of a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult.

Products

We try to display merchandise, artwork, colors, descriptions, sizing information and other product information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Screen settings and manufacturing processes can cause minor differences in color or appearance. Because apparel sizing can vary by garment manufacturer and style, customers should review the size information associated with each product before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Many Mega Moo Mall products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

By purchasing made-to-order merchandise, you acknowledge that ordinary buyer’s-remorse returns and exchanges may not be available. Our Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Product Availability

Products, sizes, colors and other options are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you with available options, delay fulfillment while inventory is restored, substitute an option only with your approval where appropriate, or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Price changes do not retroactively change an order that we have already accepted unless correcting an obvious pricing or technical error permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately when required.

Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors. Mega Moo Mall does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its WooCommerce store database.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, fulfillment limitations or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate payment will be refunded.

Changes and Cancellations

Made-to-order production can begin quickly.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Changes and cancellations are only possible while the order remains eligible for modification. Once fulfillment begins, merchandise changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery information and for any additional reshipping expense caused by an incorrect or incomplete address where permitted by law.

Refunds and Returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Because products are commonly made to order, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because the purchaser selected the wrong size or color, changed their mind or no longer wants the merchandise.

Qualifying manufacturing, printing, shipping and fulfillment problems will be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Coupons and Promotions

Coupons, promotional codes and special offers may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchases, eligible products, usage limits, membership requirements and other restrictions disclosed with the offer.

Coupons have no cash value unless required by law. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.

Gift Cards

Mega Moo Mall Gift Cards will be governed by separate Gift Card Terms & Conditions when that feature becomes available.

Purchased gift cards and promotional rewards may be subject to different terms.

Fraud and Abuse

We may refuse, suspend or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, misuse of promotional codes, manipulation of store systems or other abusive activity.

Intellectual Property

Terri Bull Adventures, Mega Moo Mall, Terri Bull Adventure Club, their characters, illustrations, stories, artwork, logos, names, graphics, designs and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property. Merchandise may not be reproduced, copied, manufactured, resold as counterfeit merchandise or otherwise commercially exploited without authorization.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to help operate the store, process payments, manufacture merchandise, fulfill orders and deliver packages.

Those service providers may perform portions of a transaction according to their own operational requirements. Nothing in this section removes Mega Moo Mall’s responsibilities to customers under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terri Bull Adventures will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from a Mega Moo Mall transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms waives statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Where local law provides greater protection than these Terms, applicable law controls.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Mall, our services or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply to individual customers.
