HEAR YE! HEAR YE!
Put down whatever unimportant thing you are doing and prepare yourself for an announcement of tremendous historical significance.
The Dustgrumble has arrived in the Terri Bull Adventure Club!
Yes, THAT Dustgrumble.
What do you mean you have never heard of one?
Well, naturally you haven’t. Until recently, practically nobody had.
Except me of course!
SO WHAT IN CLOVERBELL IS A DUSTGRUMBLE?
Dustgrumbles are incredibly rare little creatures believed to come from the dusty spaces underneath very old furniture.
Not ordinary furniture, mind you.
We’re talking about furniture that has not been moved in so long that entire civilizations of crumbs may have risen and fallen beneath it.
According to ancient Cloverbell legend, a Dustgrumble begins when a dust bunny gets lost under a bed, eats three forgotten cookie crumbs, rolls through a pile of mismatched socks, and sneezes during a full moon.
POOF!
Dustgrumble.
They are approximately 93 percent fur, 4 percent eyeballs, 2 percent lint, and 1 percent things nobody has been brave enough to identify.
Dustgrumbles collect absolutely everything.
Buttons.
Leaves.
String.
Spoons.
Socks.
Pebbles.
Bottle caps.
Bent springs.
Mystery fuzz.
Things you have been looking for since Tuesday.
If something disappears in your house, there is at least a reasonable chance a Dustgrumble has stuffed it somewhere in its fur for safekeeping.
Or lunch.
HOW DID ONE GET TO CLOVERBELL COMMONS?
Excellent question! Obviously, I discovered it.
I was conducting an extremely important investigation beneath an old cabinet in the offices of The Town Crier Chronicle. Some people claim I had dropped a pastry and was trying to find it. Those people no longer receive complimentary copies of the newspaper.
While bravely crawling through approximately seven years of dust, I heard a noise.
GRUMBLE. Then another. GRRRRUMBLE.
Then…
ACHOOOOOO!
A cloud of dust exploded from beneath the cabinet, three buttons flew across the newsroom, somebody’s missing sock landed on my head, and out waddled the strangest ball of fur I had ever seen.
It looked at me.
I looked at it.
It licked a spoon.
And history was made!
I immediately named the creature a Dustgrumble, because when you make an astonishing scientific discovery, you are allowed to name it.
That’s how science works… Probably.
SURPRISINGLY EXCELLENT PETS
Despite looking like something that escaped from a broom closet, Dustgrumbles are remarkably friendly.
They love following Adventurers around.
They enjoy collecting souvenirs.
They make a soft little “grum-grum-grumble” sound when they are happy.
And if a Dustgrumble really likes you, it may proudly bring you one of its most treasured possessions.
This could be a shiny button.
A beautiful leaf.
A spoon.
Or something you threw away six months ago and absolutely do not want back.
You smile and say thank you anyway... Dustgrumbles have feelings!
NOW YOUR AVATAR CAN HAVE ONE!
Adventure Club members can now add a Dustgrumble pet to their Avatar and bring this fuzzy little walking junk drawer along on their adventures.
Imagine it!
You.
Your Avatar.
A Dustgrumble.
Exploring the Terri Bull Adventure Club together while your new pet quietly collects mysterious objects behind you.
Frankly, that is exactly the sort of companionship an Adventurer needs.
And should your Dustgrumble someday return your missing sock, spoon, button, hair tie, marble, cracker, or small household appliance…
Remember who introduced you.

Creature Discoverer.
Sock Recovery Specialist.
And the dwarf responsible for once again making the Terri Bull Adventure Club considerably more amazing than it already was.
Which, given how amazing it already is, was extremely difficult.
You’re welcome!
